Multidisciplinary Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Multidisciplinary Sales Assistant willing to provide support during the Christmas campaign. You will play a crucial role delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will also assist with communication, content creation and image. Our ideal candidate is organized, hardworking and creative.

Responsibilities:

— Ensure the successful functioning of our boutique located in the center of Barcelona
— Assist customers to ensure they have a satisfactory store experience offline and online
— Assist in visual merchandising and product displays
— Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
— Manage the e-commerce platform: orders, customer service and shipping logistics
— Perform different tasks that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the retail store
— Create and manage content across various platforms, including social media, newsletters and other communication channels

Requirements:

— Good level of Spanish and English both written and verbal
— Commercially minded and strong communication skills
— Sensitivity towards Gabriel for Sach and identification with the brand’s aesthetics
— Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is a plus, not a must
— Expertise in social networks such as Instagram, TikTok and whatever is to come
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
— Bring passion, creativity and energy to the team

Part-time position. Possibility to extend to full-time.
Availability to work in Barcelona. Start date on December 1st.
