Please note that the estimated delivery times we provide are only intended to serve as a general reference and may not account for any potential delays caused by factors such as payment authorization or product availability.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the buyer’s location.
All taxes are included for UE countries. All other shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time for Spain: 1-2 days.
Estimated delivery time for European countries: 3-5 days.
Estimated delivery time for the rest of the world: 5-7 days.
Orders are prepared at the time that payment has been confirmed and from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 h CET.
Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.
Payment Policy
All payments made on www.gabrielforsach.com are secure. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We do not accept payments via bank transfer, check, cod or telephone.
Returns
Our main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your product, you have the option to return it to us within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, and we will provide a refund for the cost of the item.
Claims regarding product delivery must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags.
Any parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be rejected and sent back to the sender. We do not accept cash on delivery returns for any reason. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the product(s).
The customer is in charge for the shipment of the duty. In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at sales@gabrielforsach.com within 48 hours of receiving your bag.

The refund will never include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund).

Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, allowing you to initiate an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Any parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be rejected and sent back to the sender. The sender is responsible for covering the costs and risks associated with returning the product(s).
To qualify for an exchange, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with the label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all accessories.
Please ensure that all products are in the same condition as when you received them, including tags and seals. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface until you have made a decision to keep them. If the product originally came in its own box, it must be returned in its original, undamaged box.
